I just realized some of you have never even see my car. So far the turbo build just consists of a lot of parts siting in boxes and hating me for not installing them. Right now, as it sits, she's a 91 Civic Si hatchback, with a D16Z6 swap running on a P28. I/H/E, KYB AGX 4-ways on Apex'i springs, ebay strut tower and lower sway bars, H.I.D. conversion in Option Racing headlight housings, V.I.S. CF hood (17 lbs savings), battery relocated to the trunk, Integra center console, Grant GT steering wheel, ES shifter bushings, B&M short throw shifter, Spoon shift knob, summer wheels are 2000 Si's with Dunlops, winter are 14" O.Z. Superturismo WRC's with Bridgestone Blizzaks. Thats all I can think of for now. Here's pics for you whores. I'll post turbo build plans in the next post.

^Waiting on someone to weld my damn exhaust hanger back on the car, previous owner cut it off for some ghey reason. New ehaust wont hang right now...

^I should probably clean up those wires some, all connections are solid though so I'm not too worried.

My goals for my turbo build are 250WHP daily driven and stone dead reliability. The reliability is more important than hitting exactly 250WHP. This is all made possible by our federal government and my tax refund LOL.

What Tuner to use. I am looking into EPIC Performance though. They're the ones who have that black 400 HP D16z6/vitara/stock internals/ realtime AWD ED hatch.
Clutch and Pressure Plate

So a few questions. First, the FJT superkit. I want to install it and just break the motor in for a few months while I get the rest of the turbo kit together. How bad is it gonna suck with the vitaras? My compression will be right around 8.41:1 according to the russian zealworks copy compression calculator. That includes factoring in the dish in the vitaras and the length of the custom i-beams as well as the .002 my head is already milled and the cometic gasket. It seems low and I'm thinking my car is gonna be a turd until I get the turbo on it LOL.
Second, where should I look for someone reliabe to upgrade my S200 to include the boost option.
Third, what am I forgetting. C'mon, there's gotta be at least one thing.

Forth and fifth, the stock clutch and pressure plate wont hold that kind of power will they? How about a stage 1 Exedy setup??
Finally do you think I will realistically be able to acheive my goals with this setup?
Thanks for any and all input ideas or possible improvements suggested. This is my first custom turbo build and I want to do it right the first time so I'm relying on your experience to help guide me here.

Also I'd really like to trade the PRofec B Spec II for a Profec Type S so if anybody has one and wants to trade em, let me know.

Never. LOL I ditched the center piece that was on it cause it was cheesy, but I honestly like them. Besides one of the stockers was cracked bad and I sold the other one for turbo money LOL.

I like my damn altezza's, fuck the world, besides mine is a Lexus Civic, not a Honda =D.

like I said I'm getting an Autoworks mani in the near future, I just cant decide whether to hold off and do it all the way I want it the first time or use the SSautocrap for now and get the new mani and DP when I can afford it. I still need the get the IC, the MAP and TPS sensors, the OEM water and oil pumps, the oil line kit and sandwich adapter plate, the bung for the oil pan/weld said bung onto there, the chip for my ECU/ have it chipped, the wastegat, the t bolt clamps, and the silicone couplers, and a DP. Need to decide on this mani choice before I get a DP though(leaning towards just waiting and doing it right the first time).

Actually after typing that I think I will just wait. My whole goal is reliability and thats the last thing I need is a cracked mani. It was free and appreciaited, anybody need a SSAC mani?? LOL

I'd send one back for a refund and buy some other parts LOL. But I'm sheisty when it comes to sticking it to corporate America LOL.
