Well...there isnt a forum for rally so this one will have to do.
Many find the concept of a Honda rally car either really cool.....or.....really not, simply because it's not common and most people have never heard of someone doing it (20 years ago the same could be said about drag racing).
Im here to tell you, with proper execution and parts selection, it makes for an excellent, and very competitive rally car.
For now, we only compete in RallyCross events (Its like Autocross in dirt/mud/etc.), but as time and money allow, we are building it to all out stage rally spec.
Stage Rally, at least in the US, is not something that you can just jump into.
These are some pics from a few Rallycross events in Hillsboro, OR.

Rally cross is sooo much fun. I've competed in one before but there aren't many out my way. Here's my old si in action.

Atmosphere, what's your susp setup?
Complete OEM ITR suspension as it sits now. Big 4 conversion, JDM 25mm front and 23mm rear sways, ASR brace, subframe brace, ITR shocks/springs, and I built a custom skidplate/chassis brace.
Ill upgrade to a rally-spec damper in the future, but for Rally-X the ITR setup works perfectly and gives me the ground clearance that I need.
sweet muddy action..
Indeed!
^plus one.Nice EG
Do you need a final drive for that that?
Thanks! I need to make a thread of the build.
Im running a 98spec ITR trans. w/ Kaaz LSD which I am very happy with, I dont anticipate that Ill need another FD for this application but Ill hit you up in the future for my other EG hatch which is being built for track use.

I've been wanting to build a civic hatch for rally fun since reading this article like 6 years ago. Took me a LOOOOONG time to find this but I wanted you to know for sure civics can be very competitive in rally. I will be watching this one with anticipation!

Your wife is officially a badass.
I rally-ed my car a while ago, when it was still rally-able. It was so much fun, i put that car through so much i never thought it would, and it took it like a champ!
Way to keep it dirty man.
