Alittle background on the motor, before i posted some pics..
This was my old setup, which most of you knew if you were on HT and saw me post.
This was a 99usdm itr block, which was completely stock..i had a built head, whole bunch of bolt ons, good stuff.. car was strong and ran strong for years..through nitrous shots, high revs the whole nine..
This was a video taken a few months ago, this was right before the car started to take a turn for the worst..
This video was the day after i swapped from a USDM GSR tranny, to a JDM ITR tranny, with a ATS 4.9 FD and oem lsd.
And my custom "real" 2.0 liter hytech header..

I'm only caught racing twice.. the first race is vs a buddy who has a sc61 GTI VW. Running 18psi he made 302 whp.
The second race is vs my buddies fully built ls/vtec, KMS head on a sc61 on low boost(12psi). He makes 401whp on a stock GSR open diff tranny.
I'm the only white integra.. and the loudest car.
although the times weren't shown the car did 13.3 at 107..i did beat my buddy by a half a car at the end of a 1/4(the lsvtec turbo).
Now for carnage.. I changed the oil pan gasket, and looked around while i had the oil pan off to inspect and make sure my motor was in top shape, which i always have ran it in.. i change my oil once a month, and have only used mobli1..

Now as u can see, my motor is very well taken care.. i switched about almost a full year ago to mobil1 0w-40.. and i used that oil ever since, because my car had bad oil control rings, so i tried to hide it with a heavier oil.. it worked somewhat.... i never had any problems..
I had some assclown on a local forum tell me it was oil capivation but I nor had omniman or anyone i have been in contact with(even donf) have heard or seen it.. i checked the oil pump as u can see in the above pics, its smooth as a baby's bottem end, what you see is just dirty from my hands..
The day before the knock happened, i thought i had low oil pressure, but if i did..the cams would look horrible and so would the head..
they dont..
I really dont know what happened, the inside bearings were the worst.. but the outsides were fine.. crank isn't scarred up neither, its actually smooth, seems like normal wear..
I'll do my build thread in a few, thought i'd living up shit around here :P
