Well I saw this turbo on a local forum priced very nicely just cant tell what the fuck it is so maybe some of you could help me out Im waiting to see if he can tell me what numbers are stamped on the side of it. Ok I just talked to him and there are no numbers on this thing so to big for my motor yay or nay. All I know is its a t3/t4 came off a eclipse v6 kit

looks like an old T3, dont quote me though. You can take a digital caliper, and measure the sizes of the inlet and outlet, I may be able to cross-reference it then.
Its maybe a tad big for a D engine, but I dont think it will be a bad thing.

cool thanks I got him to send me some pics of the hot and cold side with a ruler pics to come in a min. I was hoping it was a rather large turbo was seeing if I could shave a few bucks off my new build. was originally going with a BW 57trim with the .70a/r so I need something that supports atleast 500hp

As far as I can judge by the pictures, it looks like it can possibly be a T04E or T04B, and have an a/r in the high .60s(.68 I think) ,and I would say its a mid-range spooler. IIRC the T04B and T04E family can support power levels from 300HP to 550HP max.
Depending on flow setup(porting,IM,exhaust) I think this would be a decent turbo, especially if you can get it fairly cheap.

Yey its fairly cheap 250 and this is what I was hoping to hear I looked and looked but could never find any pics of the actual turbo and I suck name that turbo. But thank you so much you have been a great help on this I will probably get it.

My turbo knowledge isn't the best either, but this should definitely get you in the ballpark that you want to be.
