I am going back to re-tune my set-up. Which consist of:
84x89
B20 with stock rods and RS ITR's
Cleaned up PR-3 cylinder head
s2s2 with s2 spring/retainers at 0, 0
Ported GSXR ITB's
RMF drag headder
2 1/2 generic exhaust
410cc Acura RDX injectors at 55psi
Here is the dyno graph of my last dyno session

What I'm trying to achieve is to make that dip disappear. Can anyone give any suggestions as of how to make that go away or maybe make it smaller than now? Tuning on Crome Pro.
Here is a video of the car for good measure.

Let me know if you have any suggestions. Going over to Innovative on 09/26 to see if we can get more power out of this thing. Wish me luck!

Good thing you asked. I'm porting an AEBS manifold to try and see what happens. let's see what the ITB's do first.

Good deal at $100. The dip is more of a pain when discussing on the internet. I am sure you're not going, "oh man, I lost the race because of the dip."

Silly question, but are you using a flowbench to compare the porting changes made to each runner and the overall flow capacity once the thing is all welded back up?

So I would assume that you might actually gain flow with a traditional manifold setup as opposed to ITBs?

For sure.

Nope. i can pay someone to do it but there is no "before" anmore. I'm going to put it on and test it. If it makes power good, if not put ITB's back on.
So I would assume that you might actually gain flow with a traditional manifold setup as opposed to ITBs?
That's the idea. Although a good friend told me that my ITB's would outperform the ported AEBS intake.
Once i get the m24's I'm going to fully tune on ITB's and ported AEBS on same day. Thats the only way to know if they make more power or not.

Nice! I wanna try my hand at this with a spare P30 mani I have in my garage. I want a flow bench but dont have the funds for the real deal of course.
I was pondering the idea of building my own homemade flow bench using a MAF and MAS to measure the data but I've read a few posts on other forums that a MAF wont provide an accurate enough measurement compared to the standard equiptment used like a monmeter and so forth...
Anyways nice work, in for the outcome!

I'm sure with some good head work you will take full advantage of it.
Loving the incredibly flat torque curve.
Thanks for testing it out. {oothers-}

That is exactly what we (d-rob and I) were thinking. A 1.8L on stock port, valve job and meduim compression might be pretty close to its limit.

No, I don't have any intentions of posting this on HT. HT is ridiculous. It's beyond stupid when you have to argue about "negative vacuum".

I'm glad you posted these DynoJet results.
Recently, I have had many people questioning the readings of my DynaPack, and this does nothing more than solidify my faith in my own tool's accuracy.
Good stuff, Raf!
You should come on down sometime for a quick retune for that new exhaust.
